Assumption of Risks

I hereby understand that taking part in this class and the use of dog training equipment is not without risk such as loss, injury, accident and/or damages to myself, my dog and any guest. I understand that I am fully responsible for my dog as well as any damages or injuries he/she may cause. I hereby waive and release Monkey Business Dog Training and its employees from any and all liability of any nature (loss, damage, injury) for which my dog, myself or my guests may cause.

Payment is due upon registration.

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the first class are 100% refundable. Cancellations made 6 days and less to the first class are subject to a fee of 40$. Once the session has started there are no refunds for any missed classes or withdrawals. All payments are made to Monkey Business.

Ensuring a place in class

Your place in class is conditional to receiving all required documents (proof of vaccinations) and payments.

If you cannot submit the proof of vaccination during registration, we will contact you or, you can send them to: info@monkeybusinessdogtraining.ca

Vaccinations:

For Puppies aged 0 – 4 months: At least one DHPP vaccine must have been received at least 10 days before the start of class. Kennel cough vaccine is recommended

For Puppies aged 4 months and older: DHPP and Rabies are mandatory. Kennel cough vaccine is recommended

Owners are responsible for updating all vaccinations and boosters and must be displayed upon request for the safety of all involved which includes: trainer(s), owners, and all puppies during interaction.
